Memorial Day is supposed to be about honoring the fallen from our conflicts. Why has it become a holiday for people to vacation, buy things, and do everything but honor those who gave all?

America’s foreign policy has become a joke. Basic respect is now out the window, even despite President Obama’s overtures. Arrogance will be our downfall if we aren’t careful.

President Obama may have inherited the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, but he is President now and these wars are now “his”. He has taken ownership of the strategy and is clearly aiming to continue George W. Bush’s reckless legacy.
